Johnson‘s Floating Dock and Seating Area Project  

 Johnson’s project on lake norman dock builders in Troutman NC

is a custom dock and pier by Fox Docks Lake Norman and Mountain Island Lake dock builders. This project features a 10 step shoreline staircase, 12ft x 16ft seating area with 14ft x 18ft roof,  a 4ft x 4ft platform, 3ft x 20ft ramp, a 20 step staircase, a L-shape slip with a 6ft x 30ft finger and a 6ft x 12ft main. The decking installed is ivory colored Azek decking, charcoal tin roof over the shoreline seating area, marine grade wood pilings with galvanized piling guides, black Formex encapsulated foam floatation

Custom Additions Include: White vinyl Veka handrail post sleeves, top and bottom rail with pickets, the 6 x 6 roof posts also have vinyl sleeves fitted over them *Fox Docks can install any materials the customer would like to choose for their dock and pier. Including pressure treated lumber, Azek, Veka, stainless steel cable handrails, nautical rope handrails, vinyl handrail, wood picket handrail, split rail handrail, aluminum baluster pickets and other materials.
