Garchar’s Fixed Dock and Pier Project
Denver Dock Builder | Fox Docks : Garchar now has another one of our custom fixed dock and pier projects. Garchar’s project features a pier, a fixed dock, two fingers, one with a stepdown system, and a main, and seating area. The seating area has a tin, stick built, hip, roof. Garchar’s boat lift installed is a cable boat lift and a multi Jet Ski lift.
Custom Additions include: Sandstone color round fluted Tuscan columns for the seating area roof supports, vinyl tongue and groove ceiling panels with custom soffit, ceiling fan installed to seating area, heating elements around seating area, vinyl handrails with aluminum balusters, pathway lights down the pier, underwater lighting, picture frame decking with charcoal and gray colored Veka decking. This Dock is one of the obsolete docks on Lake Norman where NO NAILS were used only torqx head ceramic coated screws. And for the decking only stainless trim head screws are used with a depth set on the screw gun to ensure uniform depth set for all decking screws for a high end quality look of perfection .
