Saltzman’s Floating Dock, Party Deck, and Pier Project
Another custom dock, party deck, and pier built by Fox Docks dock, party deck, and pier builders. This project features 5ft x 105ft pier, 4ft x 80ft ramp, a 4ft x 26ft finger on the floating slip, a 10ft x 26ft finger on the floating slip, 20ft x 30ft upper party deck, upper party deck staircase, and a 12ft x 20ft deck on the shoreline
Custom Additions Include: 8ft x 8ft custom air lifted swim platform, Mocha and khaki colored Azek decking with picture frame decking design and matching hardware, Matching Azek decking split rail handrails with khaki colored Veka post sleeves, bench seating made out of Azek decking around the entire upper deck and around one side of the shoreline deck, Special metal drain pans installed within the frame of the upper deck to shield the boat under the upper deck from water, pathway lighting down the entire pier, staircase on the left side of the pier leading to the lake property beach, water lines installed inside the vinyl handrails and hidden from view, custom storage closet made from Azek decking and T1-11 painted to match
