Marty’s project features a pier, two fingers, and main/seating area with one finger that has a triple step down platform system for ease to board your boat for some wakeboarding or to take a quick swim without the bother of lake mud.
Custom Additions include: Gray colored Veka decking premium composite decking. Also installed is a cable boat lift, marine grade piling roof posts with marine piling angle gussets installed to the fixed dock and seating area, handrail pilings installed on each side of the pier with copper caps on top of all pilings, water receptacle installed on the dock is copper with copper piping, the fixed dock roof has copper rain gutter that helps channel water away from the jet ski area, and there are added triangle slip corner angles inside the fixed slip and also on to the area from the pier entrance to the dock, the roof has shingles that match the home located on this Lake Norman property and also matching white tongue and grove ceiling. All custom additions match the home and compliment the design in every way.
